We ship all packages through UPS or FedEx. We currently only ship to U.S. only. Extra charge applies to Alaska and Hawaii customers, see chart below. If your purchase exceed 300lb, please email us for a shipping quote. Thanks.

Product Return Policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

You have 21 days from delivery to return your purchase for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied. FULL REFUND (excludes shipping costs). Customer is responsible for return delivery and you must call for a return authorization before returning the product(s).

1. Any missing parts or replacement parts, please email us or call FactoryAlliance’s customer support number at 877-776-6261
2. Customer must contact FactoryAlliance.com by email or by phone to get a RA# for return goods
3. Customer shall pay return freight to our Distribution Center with label on the box:

4. Once return item is received, full refund will be credited to your account
For non-returnable goods specified at our website, FactoryAlliance will work with our customers to guarantee the product to their satisfaction.
Ordering
To order, simply add the item(s) that you would like to purchase to the cart and checkout. Follow the instructions and pay with paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay. When the paypal page comes up, simply choose pay with credit card instead of login or opening a paypal account. If you have a paypal account, you may certainly login to pay using your credit card or bank transfer. *Please note that bank transfer will take an extra few days, we will not ship your order until the transaction is completed.
Illinois customers ONLY: please note that 8.25% tax will be applied to your order.

Custom Support
You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship most order from our warehouse the same day except weekends. Orders place on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
